Viva Pilates & Yoga Retreat France July 2020

Develop an Iyengar yoga practice and experience the benefits of an intensive retreat.  Surrounded by the breathtaking natural backdrop of the Pyrenees, Hotel de Candeloup is the perfect place to enjoy peace and tranquility.  There will be a 2 yoga classes a day incorporating an asana class and a restorative and pranayama class.  Full details of the timetable will published soon.

Your price includes delicious vegetarian meals prepared throughout your stay and all drinks.  You will have the opportunity to enjoy a wine tasting trip at a local vineyard.  There are also optional trips to Lourdes and Pau (for a small fee).
