I have been practising Iyengar yoga for over 13 years and am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga for both body and mind. Since practising yoga, I have
become a healthier more balanced person.
I continually update my training and have been fortunate to travel to India on several occasions to study with the Iyengar family.
I teach a wide range of students with a mixture of abilities. I am focussed on helping my students better connect with themselves.
I am currently a Junior Intermediate Level 1 instructor.
